Curb Your Appetite with HIIT
High intensity interval training (HIIT) can curb your appetite and fight your urge to snack.
Studies from the Journal of Obesity have proven a reduced appetite in subjects following HIIT sessions. Clients completing HIIT also have shown to make better quality food choices including: higher protein intake, increased water intake, lower carbohydrate intake, and increased amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables. Dense and low nutrient foods, sugary snacks and greasy starches are dramatically less appealing following HIIT.
Working out with HIIT helps you to feel better about your body and thus make smarter diet choices encouraged by the body's needs for healthy, fresh, nutrient dense foods.
